Processing & Delivery Times

  • All orders are scheduled for delivery after full payment has been cleared.
  • Once payment is received, our team will contact you to arrange a confirmed delivery date.
  • A text message reminder will be sent one day prior to your delivery with a 3-hour delivery window.
  • If installation has been purchased, our professional two-person team will also complete this during the same visit.
  • During delivery, our team will:
  • Place the appliance in your preferred location.
  • Install if you have selected a paid installation service.
  • Provide a quick demonstration on how to use your new product.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery, please ensure:

  • An adult (18+) is available at the delivery address.
  • Clear access from the driveway to the installation area.
  • Power, water, and drainage points are easily accessible if installation is required.
  • Parking or loading access is available for our truck.

  • Northern Rivers (selected areas)

Surcharge may apply for regional or remote areas.
