We also provide a quick demo on washers, dryers, and dishwashers so you know how to use and maintain them for maximum performance.

What are factory seconds products?

Factory seconds are products identified by the manufacturer or retailer as having cosmetic imperfections.
These imperfections do not affect the product’s performance or functionality.
They are fully functional and are sold at a reduced price.

Are your appliances new or open-box?

Our factory seconds are brand-new units that come in their original boxes, usually with minor box damage or small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect performance.
Our open-box items are fully inspected and refurbished units with slight cosmetic marks or customer returns. These appliances are thoroughly tested and carefully wrapped in bubble-wrap to protect them during transport.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within the timeframe stated in our return policy. Conditions apply depending on the product type and reason for return.

No. Refunds are not provided for cosmetic imperfections, change of mind, or repairable issues.
All visible cosmetic imperfections will be clearly listed under each product so customers know exactly what they are purchasing.
